Local scout, Ethan Boardman, is a familiar face to many business leaders all over town. For the past two years Ethan has been making the rounds alongside his grandfather, Dick Boardman, co-founder of Buy Local Scarborough. While Dick promotes local connections that provide continuing opportunities for entrepreneurs and help to build a sustainable local economy, Ethan encourages local business leaders to save their returnable cans and bottles for a good cause. This coming Saturday, Ethan and Boy Scout Troop 47 are aiming to collect enough returnable bottles and cans to fill 100 CLYNK bags for Project GRACE. Stop by during Project GRACE’s “Rally to Keep Your Neighbors Warm” at the Oak Hill Firehouse on Saturday, February 14th (9-Noon) to help the scouts reach their goal!
