During the month of May, Bangor Savings Bank will be collecting peanut butter and jelly to benefit local food pantries statewide. You can drop off donations of peanut butter and jelly in the bins at any of the bank’s 57 branch locations. (There's one at the Oak Hill intersection.)
Although this is not a Project GRACE event, we wanted to mention it because we think it's a great idea, and we hope lots of PB&J is dropped off at our local Bangor Savings branch!
UPDATE: Project GRACE has collection boxes PB&J and other non-perishables for the pantry at Town Hall and at the Scarborough Public Library.
