Things have been hard lately. These gifts for the kids are so nice - we thank you. It's overwhelming. It's amazing to have someone care.

We are incredibly grateful. We hope to pay it forward someday.
 
Your thoughtfulness is humbling. Thanks for everything.

I told my little girl all of the wonderful things you do. She said “so Mommy, they are our angels.” She is so right.
 
After getting done at my job of 12 years, things have been tough and the help with oil and food will keep me from being buried in debt and keep the kids warm and fed. I know that Project GRACE is mostly run on volunteers and sponsors in our community – a big thank you to you all!!!

We have found ourselves in a hard spot, and we’re glad you have been there to help.
 
Thank you not only for thepresents, but for caring so much.
 
You will never understand just how appreciative we are and how much it means to us have this help at the holidays.
 
Thanks to you, my kids and their grandparents and myself could celebrate Thanksgiving, and I prayed that your day was as happy as ours.
 
It’s no small thing to have a full belly and a warm home these days. When I think of the kindness and generosity that still exists in the world, I am more grateful and touched than you can know.
 
Trying to make it through some of these days is so. Above all, we thank you for the help and smiles.
 
The food helped feed my family. We even had leftovers for other meals which was a big help. I loved the scarf, too, it keeps me warm.
 
My husband is recovering from heart surgery and this was a tremendous help!
 
You have helped us greatly during this financial hardship we’re going through, and this has touched our hearts.
 
We loved the Thanksgiving basket – and centerpiece with candles. I never had a centerpiece for Thanksgiving. We lit the candles at dinnertime and it was a beautiful sight. Thanks from our family.
 
Dear wonderful person – thank you so much – you have no idea what this means to me and my family.
 
I was overwhelmed with tears at your generosity. More than Christmas gifts, you gave hope, help, love, encouragement and lifted my spirit.
 
Thank you for your kindness. With the Walmart card we purchased underwear, socks, and shoes. You have been so kind to the kids.
 
Thank you for your help. We hope to be in a position to give instead of take in the future.
 
It’s amazing watching these kids growing into their own – each with different interests and strengths. We really appreciate your efforts in bringing to fruition what’s needed at the time.
 
Thank you so much for our Easter meal. I enjoyed cooking a great feast. My kiddo’s especially loved the pancakes I made with fresh berries.
 
It is warming to know there are still good people in the world. What we have been through has proven that.

We enjoy the care and love that comes with our Thanksgiving dinner basket – from the colorful placemats to the excitement of a jar of peanut butter. We are thankful for you.
 
Thank you for helping us during these troubling times.
 
The gift card helped us fill our cabinets with food – we had been out of peanut butter for a month! And the girls were really happy – they ate a big ole peanut butter and jelly sandwich. Anyway, thank you. You made us feel whole and gave me hope that I had lost in the struggles of paying rent and putting food on the table.

Scarborough is really a good community – it’s really something to be proud of, something other towns may take for granted. You have brought my faith back and I see us as being ‘watched over’. I have no explanation for that. But thank you for helping us.

It was so nice of everyone to pitch in and make sure all goes smoothly. It’s inspiring. And also say thanks to the donors who put in their efforts, too.
 
As a mother of four, when my husband lost his job, we became financially in trouble. You have helped our family so much and we cannot thank you enough for all you do, for who you are.
 
My special boy couldn’t stop playing with his puzzles – the smile on his face was priceless. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
 
Thank you for the Walmart card – it was very helpful as I have gained a lot weight due to my illness – and I had no extra money for clothes living on just a disability check.
 
I bake bread, scones, and cookies and my monthly food stamps allotment is adequate .  But non-food items such as aspirin for tooth pain was needed. The Shaw’s gift card helps so much.
 
Having people who care to help make our day special is greatly appreciated. Thank you so much for the much needed food for my family.
 
All the kids were amazed by your generosity.  Thank you for our wonderful school bags to start the year off.
 
Thanks for being there. I know how much love and caring goes into this – you know when these little guys open their school packs, their faces tell it all.
 
Thanks for help with the gas bill. I’m trying so hard to be a good mother and make a good home. I’m so glad Project GRACE was there to help.

Just a note to say thank you. My children loved the bags filled with school items. We wouldn’t be able to give them any bags without Project GRACE.
 
This card is too small for me to begin to tell you how much we love all you do!  I see how grateful my children are and that makes us all smile at the holidays.
 
Thank you so much for the Hannaford gift card and provisions to make a wonderful  Thanksgiving dinner. It takes much effort by a lot of individuals and my family appreciates it so.
